Truly awesome. I'm shocked people don't throw metalworking tools into your yard at night to see what you can do with them.

    Thanks Wayne. :thumb:

    Thanks. :thumb:

    That's cool. ;)

Thanks. I don't know about 'evil' but I am aiming for an aggressive look. :)

    Thanks. :)

Thanks Craig, yep the old brain is getting stretched. :hehe: This is nothing compared to what has to be done to the top of the doors. A much more complicated part that curves laterally, curves up the side and over the top, curves from front to back and needs to be strong enough to support the entire panel and the hinge assembly. :worried:

    Thank you. :thumb:

    Thanks. :)

    Thanks. :thumb:

Thanks, I have a catalog from a big tool warehouse and I'm always flicking through it and pretend buying. An English wheel, a pneumatic hammer, and a stretcher/shrinker would help me so much with these panels.:D I'll just keep dreaming. :hehe:

    Thank you. :thumb:

    Thanks mate. :thumb:

 Sweet design, :wallbash: bugger to build

 make a plaster mold and use 1, 1.5mm sheet and heat form it, then attach strips for rigidity where needed with braze or tig weld.

You will need about 460-480˚C and a steel roller and some patience and luck :naughty:

Heck thats not too much for you

AND THE MASTER OF ALUMINUM FABRICATION GOES TOOOOOOOOOO Congrats Attila!

And as a side note: I though I had premature ejaculation, and I haven't been on Bit-Tech in awhile and it has since gone away. Well now it's back and I realize it's because your metalwork is similar to porn.

My word you have an insane eye for detail.

    Thanks. :thumb:

Thanks for the tip Craig. :thumb: I have a couple of hammers, a vice and some panel beating anvils. I'll see what I can bash together. :hehe:

Thanks Robby, and glad that you are dropping by from time to time. :thumb:

    Loving the new-age artisan work!
One tip (you probably already found out) about your grinding wheel: moving to the edge of the sandpaper cirkel the motion gets quicker thus the material gets ground down faster - got me in some trouble sometimes!

No, I'm not working on any PC builds at the moment. Now that I'm fit again the wife has lumped a whole heap of chores on me. :hehe: But fear not, work will resume on cor leonis in the new year. ;)
