With the HDD's there and a lack of cable routing holes, what was the cabling like? Must say having the HDD's there seems like a great idea.

It is very clean. Here is the cable management from BOXX. There really isn't much there and its all out of the way. I will clean up the cables more for the Anti-Mac but even stock its very organized.

have any new ideas to share with us on the build? any new renders?

Love that Boxx case. Looks like it's got quite good airflow through it.

Haha, yeah i'm not a big fan of the green PCB but that's the only color the Quadro cards come in. ;)

No new renderings but there will be a few more before the actual build. The BOXX chassis is a bit larger than the Lian-Li PC-7 that I had originally planned on using so the design will change a little bit. I'm not going to give away too much so you will just have to follow the build log :p

Nope not Inventor. I use SolidWorks but both are good CAD packages.

Haha, yeah all the CAD programs are getting more similar with every release. Creo (Pro-Engineer), SolidWorks and Inventor are all moving in the same direction. Soon you won't be able to tell the difference :p

wow, neat renders! I should come to this mod section more often ^^
For a logo, might I suggest an unbitten apple? Just for the extra "mine has more" feel :p
BIG fan of the black and orange scheme...

do you have a file of the front panel with the 2 180mm fans? I'd like to get an idea how you did it. Thanks.

I, personally, would like to see the turbine fans(rev 3) mounted on the mesh(rev 7) with a smaller bezel(or keep em) and mount the fan on the bezel, and the bezel on the mesh. I just wanna see this use a turbine fan because its industrious looking, which is another opposite of a mac if you ask me. And please, don't go 80mm. Looks too tiny to me. I wholeheartedly support any shootoff of mac as long as it screws over daddy jobs. I like the logo, but i also like the bullet-through-the-apple idea. just my $0.02. MOD ON! :D :dremel:
edit: Also, i like the idea of making the logo 3d, as apple is sooo 2d. Not completely, but a nice bump, with rounded edges.
