    et voile, I assume my score is so much lower than pookey's due to memory bandwith as I'm running a mix bag of sticks for 8 gigs total @ "1333Mhz" until scan finally get the Corsair Dominator GT's 16Gb kits in stock

    Congrats on winni... errr.. losing :) My first PC was even slower than that, and I used to play Quake on it. Makes you appreciate how far we've come.

    For reference; I went Bulldozer because someone had to, and I wanted to stick with what I know. I use the exact same methology overclocking this as I do my Phenom II. Plus I wanted something that was tricky to OC. Sandy Bridge isn't from what I've seen of it.
