Hello everyone this is the result of my SSD in crystaldisk, I'm not really satisfied, but it is much better than my DD acien. I am always doing my best to improve it, but I'm running out of ideas. The updates are all done, I think the firmware is the only thing I would change but not for me because my SSD turns the OS.

As for the AHCI so on rampage extreme III are equipped and took care of the set. My bios is up to date as the Intel and AHCI.
