If i may suggest something in terms of that PSU cover....what if you were to make the outlines of the fanhole pattern in a blue and the rest of the cover in black?

    Wow...

Not many threads I read will engage me enough to actually go through 65 pages of logs.

This however, well. As with everyone else's sentiments. Just... Wow; not really much I can add on top of what everyone else has potsted.

Looking forward to future updates! :)

Yeah :), although I haven't decided on the final design yet.

Yeah that could look cool, I'll give that a go if I end up sticking with that design.

    Cheers peteski :thumb:

Thanks izools, yeah theirs an insane amount to read through now :), I've got a new design below.

I've got round you making my first design, which is an acrylic one to match with the CD/DVD and HDD covers:

    And in black:

Sorry its not nicely rendered, you'll have to imagine that the blue parts are just like the blue acrylic HDD/CD/DVD covers and the silver or black is gloss paint. The top blue piece would also be made with frosted blue acrylic so the shimmering light from an led fan could just shine through.

I'm working on a mesh design but I'm having trouble with making one that looks right with the shape I have to stick with, and the wires coming out the side also limits my options.

Which one do you reckon, silver or black? Personally the silver is my favourite.

I'd say silver would blend in better but if you want a sharp contrast then black, so silver but it's totally up to you :D.

I think that new design looks awesome, and would agree that Silver looks better between the two :thumb:

I think it would look better if you just used the exact same design for the PSU as you used for the drive bays.

Yeah, I'll go with silver if I do go for that design, another below.

I like the second design, but seeing the render, it might be cool to have mesh in the bottom to make it look like an outlet vent (which of course it is). Also might be good for cooling.

The first render on this page looks great! I would throttle up on that.
