Sign a petition to have the ESA remove their support from SOPA/PIPA here - http://www.change.org/petitions/stop-the-esa-petition-and-boycott-e3

BUT DON'T STOP THERE! Actions speak louder than signatures!

Download this video (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=VQ0JZFQK), upload it to youtube, facebook and anywhere else you feel will get this video out there! Use your social networks to spread this video everywhere!
Ask your favorite gaming websites and youtube channel to join the cause by not attending and covering E3 this year until the ESA changes their stance on SOPA and PIPA! If they truly apposed this legislation the last thing they want to do is support an entity that spent $190,000 on PIPA lobbying.

Are you a video game developer, publisher or gaming website that wants to be involved with this movement? Email StandTogetherSOPA at gmail.com

Craig and the ScrewAttack crew go more in depth on their podcast, SideScrollers (10:30 in)- http://www.screwattack.com/shows/originals/sidescrollers/sidescrollers-stand-...

Would properly be the most effective way to fight it.

It is not impossible that Google would quit the US like they left China, together with the loss of revenue and jobs it would create I wouldn't give the legislation more than two years before it was shut down.

Either that or we cut the connection over the Atlantic :D

Imagine an internet without services like youtube, dropbox, megaupload... even email would be problematic...

And that is why it would never live for very long, however we can be sure that it shows up again in some other form at some other time, but in the mean time all we can do is to fight it. And here is another tool to fight it.

A day without wikipedia has been interesting enough.

I'm still not sure how I feel about wikipedia blacking out, though. Part of me instinctively feels that they've forfeited something core to their identity and philosophy by getting activist about this.

The current legislation is not arbitrary enough.
