I don't have your brand SSD but I know that the OCZ and Kingston FW update utils show the current firmware. So I guess if you download the firmware update util for your brand/model SSD, it should show the current FW when you run it? It's in but it isn't showing up in my computer but it is showing up in device manager. Is there something I need to do?
Format it and assign a drive letter? Type "disc mana" then choose "create and format hard disks" under start menu search. If the SSD is detected it will appear on the list when you have the disk manager running.
