Thanks Nutman :thumb:, yeah I have to say it looks even better than I imagined :)

Cheers secretreeve, yeah I think thats because this GPU is quite old its bent under the load over the years, however I'll be getting a new one in the next month or so as its only a HD3850.

    Thanks Fuganter :thumb:

Yeah me too it turn out great :), it was a bit of a pain to make as all the curves had to be precise but I think it was worth it. Cheers :thumb:

    Cheers Mosquito :thumb:

lol :) , cheers Razer :thumb:

Cheers Angel OD, phenoptix, & Sarakon :thumb:

I forgot to say in terms noise the pump is the loudest part (and its only running at 7.5V) while the rad fan is on low, then when its on full its little quieter than a PS3 when playing a game.

:jawdrop::jawdrop: That psu cover ... so glad you were open to our comments ... look at it now, it's spectacular.

The rest of the update as well of course. This is a fantastic result. Two, no, ten thumbs up! :thumb: x 10!

Five stars added since I seem to have forgotten that up till now.

Wow thanks everyone :thumb: glad here you all like my work :)

As Cheapskate said on an earlier post that the small vent on the PSU cover does indeed make the fan noisier, but it takes hours to build up heat which is why I didn't pick it sooner. So I think I will mill some vent holes into it, I've also discovered that my akasa fan controller can power the pump when I've modded the mosfets with a heatsink. And after discovering that I've also found that there is a specific range of speed where the pump goes almost inaudible, so now the entire PC is almost completely silent while idle(browsing internet, word processing e.t.c).

I'm currently designing a new set of drive bay covers and a way to make the curve in the rad cover I want. And once thoughs parts are made i'll get the final high res pics uploaded.

    Looks awesome! :D
Sometimes after polishing the acrylic (t-pieces you made) a few quick flashes with a blow torch flattens off the top layer to give the crystal clear luck. Don't do it for too long though or they'll bubble!
Same with the edges of the PSU cover top plate. Just an option :)
