I am seriously considering going to Holland just to give you a spanking!
With welds like that, it should be illegal to sand them down! :(

    Update 3. 05-02-2012

This weekend i finisht welding the desk cover and sand it.There is not much to tel about this so here are some pictures of it.

Thats finisht so up to the next job.The psu, cables and the controlbox for the cloumns will be at the back of the desk cover.I'm making a frame for this and then seal it of with a cover.

This is how it looks when its finisht.

First i saw the pieces i need for the frame.

Then i spotwelded the pieces together en then finisht welding them.

This is how im gonna mount the frame on to the desk.

The next thing to do is making the mounting holes for both the column covers as for the frame.
I also had some great news from Linak and they are sponsoring me a column for lifting the 2 dell screens.More about this next week.

    More to come.

    Thanks Linak and specially Adwin.

With al the goods there is a special cable with a jack connector and a column connector and a cable with a jackplug. These cables are for the security for the desk if you get stuck. When the desk comes down and your legs are underneath the desk it wil stop so you cant hurt yourself. The last part for this i receive this week.

Saturday im gonna make the bracket and more.I also make a testdrive with the column for the screens.I will make a short movie while testing it.

    More to come. :D

This looks very promising ! Man those welds are amazing, where did you learn to weld like that ? I can hardly weld non-alu with a semi-automatic welder. Don't even try to give me a TIG then.. :p

Can't wait to see this one finished !
