    Hahaha awsome:thumb:

    Thanks:thumb:
No, I was actually pretty shure this wouldn't work at all, but since it was a very simple bracket to fabricate I did it as a test since it would have been a quick and easy solution if it would have worked.

    Thanks weatherdown:thumb:

    Small progress update:
Connected all the HDs yesterday and assembled the case to test the wifi. I was able to find wifis but the reception was only one dot when the backcover was on and 4 dots when it was off. But since this was expected, Im gonna try plan B. Im gona try to move the antenna further down where there is a larger opening.

3 Chuck Norriss later... (Spell check says the plural form is "Norri.":eyebrow:)
You got it working with that SATA power cable? I really wonder what the orange 3.5V wire does if you didn't even need it here.
-Looks like you're ready to slap on the back panel and do some final pics. Kickdonkey!

Thanks mate, always nice to get this kind of feedback from you, the modder of all modders:rock:

Haha.. here's an awsome thanks for you man :thumb:

Dude.. there are no plural form of Chuck Norris because there is only one pic of him. It's just that it moves so fast that it looks like there is three.

Regarding the orange wire. I actually didn't know there was an orange one since it wasn't one on the original cable. But that explains the unconnected pins in the connector. I was really wondering about those. So I had to google it up and the only explanaition I could find was that the orange wire was only used in rare cases and that it might be used more in the future:eyebrow: Maybe they thought it would be usefull when deciding on the standard but then it turned out not to be.

Ahh.. what the heck, it works anyway :)

No, seriously - good idea. Eager to see how it'll all come together.

Explains why the molex/SATA adapters have only 4 wires. I always figured there was a resistor or something in the adapter head for the 5th wire.

-I was chastised about only there being one God via PM too.

    BAZINGA!! right on time.

I made a second sata cable, slightly longer than the previous one but it's done in the exact same way so there is no need to show the process again. I also realized I had to remove the sides to be able to squeeze the cables under the mobo.

I had to adjust the heatpipe a little bit to make room for the powercables and also the second SSD that will be ontop. Space is something I have very little of in this build :)

The CPU block is not fully tightened yet since I need to adjust the heatpipe until the very last. Hm.. not much space left now.

And for those who wondered how a wifi antenna looks on the inside, this picture is for you.
Since the first placement of the wifi antenna wasn't the best, I have to go with plan B that involvs some more modding.
