How did you get a 4 for the CPU? Also how did you get a 79 out of 7.9 for the disk?

    CPU 7.5
    MEM 7.7
    GFX 7.9
    GAM 7.9
    Disc 5.9

It was tongue-in-cheek. Actual scores are:

    7.7
    7.8
    7.9
    7.9
    7.7

    Processor: 7.8
    Ram: 7.9
    Graphics: 7.9
    Gaming Graphics: 7.9
    Primary Hard Disk: 7.9

Interestingly, going from 1333 to 1600 brought up my memory .1 point (more than I expected it to do). Now I just need that last processor point.

it was only out of curiosity. i certainly dont rate it as a benchmarking tool. just interesting to see what other people have, and if any ones has 7.9 across the board.

It will be nothing do do with performance that gives a 7.9 for CPU. It seems to be locked at 7.8 no matter how fast your CPU is. Just as no matter how fast your HDD is it's locked to 5.9 unless you have a SSD. Only "newer" processors will be "allowed" to go past 7.8

I have no idea why anyone pays any attention to WPE as a benchmark.

I don't believe in these scores but here are mine for show.

    CPU - 7.4
    Memory - 7.5
    Graphics - 7.9
    Gaming Graphics - 7.9
    HDD - 5.8

My SSD isn't the OS drive it's for installing games so it doesn't show on the list, I bet the HDD score would be higher if it was.

    Brass Balls:

    CPU - 7.7
    Memory - 7.7
    Graphics - 7.5
    Gaming Graphics - 7.5
    HDD - 5.9

Not able to access the Bronze Colossus today, might have it's WEI next week.

Surprised my CPU got that high a score, and as usual my HDD gets what seems to be the maximum a mechanical HDD can get. (anyone have a 10k or 15k rpm HDD to test what they get?)

    FX4100 @4.0Ghz, Sabretooth 990FX, 16GB Geil Enhance 1600, Radeon 6790, OCZ Agility 3 60GB

    CPU - 7.3
    Memory - 7.6
    Graphics - 6.4
    Gaming Graphics - 6.4
    HDD - 7.7

Confused though, as i re-ran the assessment, and the HDD went up from 7.4 and Graphics dropped from 6.7 to 6.4 - no idea why - LOL

I think why the HDD goes up and down is because of Windows, the operating system is still running so will the processes be running and for GFX is still running as it's drawing your screen also I've noticed that my GPU usage goes from 0-98 with every test.

It's all been done before. All mechanical HDDs are stuck at 5.9.

This is not a benchmark... it's to make stupid people upgrade their computers.

That's interesting, for certain. I know it's no proper benchmark, but it still gives you an overall idea of where your computer is on a scale of 1-10... I mean 1-7.9

    Anyone know why it's 7.9?
