Apparently there will be a new trailer being premiered during Homeland on Channel 4 on Sunday night. Need to make sure I don't miss it when I fast forward through the ad breaks.
Watched Alien, Aliens and Alien 3 over the last week! Amazing! First time i'd ever seen the Alien 3 special edition and there was alot of new content! Wouldn't say i love the plot but still enjoyable and Fincher made the best of a bad situation.
I too watched them all on Blu-ray not long ago and they were even more fantastic than i remembered. Alien is still my favourite by far but honestly I do have a soft spot for Alien 3. Aliens is of course awesome for Bill Paxton quoteability. Resurection on the other hand.... don't get me started.
Wow, if you haven't seen the new international trailer that premiered due Homeland on Ch4 last night then you owe it to yourself to look at it. Some people are complaining about it showing too much, I disagree BTW, so watch it at your peril. This is why I'm not posting a link, if you want to see it then you can do it yourself. Boy, oh boy, I am so looking forward to this film, probably more than anything in recent years. I just hope my local Imax is showing it.

Reading the first few replies it explains why I thought it looked very Alien esq. It looks promising, lets hope it lives upto our expectations.

Well I've booked my ticket, 10am Friday June first - damn shame that neither of the two local IMAX screens are showing it!! I'd have to make a 50 mile train trip to see an IMAX version and they haven't even published any time other than a midnight showing on the Friday - grrrrr.

I saw a second trailer and it looks very good indeed. I hope its also a relatively long film like the original (Alien)
