Graphics New Graphics Card--Radeon 7870???

    Hello all,
    It was my birthday recently and I decided its time to get that graphics card I've always wanted. At the moment I just play little Indie titles on my i5-2500K Integrated. But I want to start playing proper FPS title's and such and so I need a new card.

    I have at most £300 to spend,
    I play on 1 monitor at 1920 X 1080,

    I was looking at this 7870 from Asus- http://www.novatech.co.uk/products/...icscards/amdhd7800series/hd7870-dc2-2gd5.html
    But anything else you can offer?

    That is a good choice, but it might be a good idea to wait a week or two as apparently the GTX 670 is out on May 14th.

    This may effect AMDs pricing if you do want to stick to that card, but you can also see what Nvidia bring to the party, and make a better choice then.
