See i was sort of waiting and placed my order today now if i'd put sunny40 in yesterday i would of saved £40, on two 670's :waah: :wallbash: it is still a better price than anyone else's so never mind.

They are out of stock until next friday, which i am upset about. But they are still 40£ cheaper than scan (including the 10£ off). Bad luck on missing the saving!!

dabs have a good deal there I know that, but I would of had a better one if I'd put my order in. i'm waiting on a return of my xfx be 5970 with ebuyer, but I think it make take a long time.

in the mean time I am using a pc 6970 which is oc'd, so don't mind waiting for the 670's a week or two. :) ;)

My 680s are winging their way back and the order is placed for 2 x 670 4GB Superclocked like I originally planned.

Dabs have them too but for the sake of a sunny £40, I'd rather have them on Tuesday rather than xx date in June

no the code was was for an extra £40 on top of the money saving on the price, but waiting 5 - 7 days with dabs still saved me £80 and if i know dabs they may well be with me before that. ;)

i personally like getting a good deal :thumb: but i am also the patient type :D

Dabs have them at the same price as overclockers. You got a sunny 80?

I was happy with the 680 performance, not the price premium. The 670s are a fair bit cheaper and will perform similarly. The 4GB is a bonus :)

all good things come to those who wait ;)

nak ocuk have them £49.99 more each and i wouldn't buy from them, we are talking the asus 670 top cards, plus they're out of stock there as well. :)

My EVGA 670 Cheesecake finall came in! Got to running some tests and playing around with it a bit. Haven't OC'd yet but I've done some preliminary benching and here's what I got.

Alright. It's the correct card. We're off to a good start.

    Looking good.

Bet I could push it over 9000! with a tad of OC'ing but I'll save that for another day.

I can't hear it at all. The fan on my CPU cooler is louder.

I guess that all depends on your CPU cooler then. which one do you use?

Thank you for the info either way, great community we have here :D

I use a cooler master 212+, which I think is starting to get a little louder than it used to be. I put my ear right up next to the videocard while it was on and I still couldn't distinguish it from the rest of my computer parts. I also use a Fractal Define R3, which has a lot of sound dampening material all over the side panels, so I can't hear the card at all. That said, I haven't OC'd it yet, so the auto fan control is keeping things nice and quiet.
