    gtx 460 ssc
    750gb hdd

Im no longer going to be gaming anymore on my pc because i have work and school full time and 1 day off only

I need to be able to do a lot of 3d modeling photoshop and video editing and something to be fast at it.
I never did any of this on my pc so im not sure if i can handle it.

grab a nice big 256 SSD and install windows and photoshop on it. rest is good. Best upgrade for your PC. Samsung 830

    This is your CPU

Your PC should be fine with what you specify. Double your RAM though, video editing, 3D and photoshop tear through RAM space. You'll want to keep the graphics card for OGL in 3D.

An ideal upgrade would be to a hyper threaded 1155 quad core or a six core 2011 CPU.

I wouldn't bother. Next on the upgrade list for the applications you've listed is the CPU.
