So far quite underwhelmed by it all. And I thought Close Quarters was bad....not sure if I like these brand new massive maps yet. Still feel constricted to me. Caspian feels bigger.

IT LIES. Mine started at 4 mb/second, got to 60%, went down to 1 mb/s and the last 20% is at 200 kpbs

 

Gunship is a hoot, absolute sitting friggin duck though, seat switched and TV'd a damaged one on my first attempt, things so damned big it's kinda hard to miss

 

Why team-play is imperative

How big are the maps? Can you post a screenshot of the map overlay?

 

Well, I'm finally awake and downloading the patch, but where on earth is everyone? I've been sat on mumble for the past half an hour and the only person I've seen pop up for a second is Telltale.

At work (or school) ? It's Wednesday, 15:00 CEST (i guess it's 14:00 in UK)...

 

I thought everyone sounded Ill on mumble last night?

Does indeed look like my connection is absolutely buggered, though. I'm getting 500ms ping just to the mumble server, and that's hardly the most bandwidth demanding application.

 

I have to say I really like it! The Gunship is nicely balanced, the Tank Destroyers are fast as hell and pack a punch. I haven't really had a chance to mess with Artillery yet, but at the very least it all looks very very pretty.

Also, the Gunship has a MASSIVE blindspot on its right side leaving it completely open to attack with no way of defending itself.

I have disabled adaptive server size and will tweak adaptive ticket count when i get home.

 

Noice, i dunno if im right or not but im sure in the trailer i seen quad bikes making a return? Is this true?

There are definitely quad bikes - I just got run over by one!!

 

Yep, Quads with a back passenger. From the trailer they look to be some seriously good mobility support for a squad.

 

They are back and super quick to get around on. Only gripe so far on tank superiority is they need more tanks esp on 64p servers.
