Thanks for the codes - got myself a very nice lvl 35 shotgun which does 1225x13 damage... easy one-shot-kills at close range.

Is it just me or do ALL the red chests in BL2 just suck? They only seem to give out mediocre green rarity weapons... I've had better loot from the "average" chests.

@Ferino: next time write it in your posts in a usable format, which you can copy&paste in BL2. That means including those stupid dashes :

I was amazed to find that the code Ferino posted worked two hours after he posted it!!

 

Yeah they're limited to so many thousand redemptions (they won't give numbers but are all believed to last for 3-4 hours).

I may get one when I get home but chances are slim

 

Wow what some people complain about. Sorry I inconvenienced you ever so slightly into having to put your own dashes in. Next time ill remember not to bother helping people to get some extra golden keys. Sheesh.

 

Strangely BL2 claims that "this code has already been redeemed..." I'm curious how that's even possible as I have never used it before? LOL?

 

I think it was just a friendly reminder Ferino I doubt that any ill was intended by faugusztin. If you find the codes keep posting them please - it's appreciated.

Every time I find a code it's already been posted up by someone!

 

It wasn't meant as an attack, it was about the fact that codes are published by Gearbox with dashes, Borderlands 2 expects the code in clipboard to be with dashes, so why remove them ?

 

I had just jotted it down on a note pad to write it into the game, don't seem to have much joy cutting and pasting into the game directly, then after I'd got me key thought I would share it on here.
And not to keep the point going but you don't actually have to put any dashes in, when typing it automatically goes to the next box.
Long day so sorry if i have taken offence where none was intended.

 

Sure, you don't have to - but if you do a Ctrl+C in your twitter client, start Bordelands 2, go to shift code screen and try to paste the code without dashes using Ctrl+V , then it says something about not being to able to do it. With dashes, it works just fine.

Anyone else played the DLC Captain Scarlett and her Pirate's Booty? I found it very easy and did not find much in the way of improved guns and after defeating what I thought was the last boss to open the treasure room there is actually nothing in it. But after the credits you return to the game and find there is a level 52 boss which I will need to come back to being only level 37 on my first play-through.

 

%$^%*#$%^*#$ Hyperion Slaughter House (or whatever the name is)... Round 5, wave 7, down to the last constructor enemy, last 2% of his health and i die. FML.

 

This DLC is my plan for the afternoon. I wanted to leave it until they increased the level cap but I'm just gonna play on playthrough 1. I'm so weak!
