I'm confused by the DOF on that - is she standing in the corner of a room?

Haha, yeah that was the idea. She is standing, and the flower pattern is an old blanket that I hung on the wall. I'm standing on a chair.

I miss Auckland zoo. Where is the tiger enclosure? I remember the Lion one in the middle that was epic. Watching them throw whole legs of lambs into it was amazing. And the meerkat one that had the tunnels.

I was leaving for work just as the sun was coming up this morning, and it was the most amazing sunrise I've seen this year - possibly ever. This one picture can't possibly do justice to how beautiful the sky was this morning - I drove to the highest point possible that's within 10 minutes of where I live and snapped a few shots - from up there I could see blue sky, sunshine, grey clouds and in the distance, rain clouds and a rainbow. This photo shows the grey clouds overhead being backlit by the sun - as I drove further up the country on my way to work, I drove into the rain that I'd seen in the distance, but not before seeing some more unbelievable scenery lit up by the golden sunshine, and loads of dark grey clouds with vivid silver linings. I wish I could've stopped about 10 more times and taken many more photos, but by the time I'd closed my jaw after the first stop, I was in danger of running late :)

    Nele Eye.
One that jumped out from a shoot I had on friday. Used a single Elinchrom d-lite 2 as light, camera right. You can see it clearly in her eye, maybe too clear? Like it though.
