The only sensible response to that error.

[EDIT] On a releated note, yesterday I saw some fabric at the shop that had the phrases Merry Christmas, Noel, and Piece on it. :wallbash:

    Sometimes, I'm just an ***hole.

(for a bit of background: in the advert it very clearly states in bright red text that I am unwilling to ship)

Y'know, that takes me back to my sophomore year of Uni and yet another reason why I almost never judge people until I have taken the time to get to know them.

So there was this one girl, an attractive (but on the shorter side) brunette (let's call her Tanya) whom I had met a couple of times through one of my close male friends (let's call him Charlie). I had her on facebook, so every weekend I'd see the usual collection of photographs, many of which included the duckface. When I saw her on campus, she was usually walking around with a tittering group of other cute girls. I had, within the month, written her off as a bimbo.

Then, one Saturday night, there was no real party to go to (might have been a week or two before finals) and Charlie decided we'd just have a quiet night in with booze and snacks and a handful of pizza. So Tanya shows up and proceeds to begin drinking and chit-chatting, mainly with Charlie. Being the socially awkward penguin that I am, I didn't really bother to engage, and kept to myself or talked to people I actually knew well.

But by the end of the night, there were only five of us left (incl Charlie and Tanya) and all of us being pretty plastered, the conversation widened to include everyone and moved on to serious stuff like policymaking, economy, religion, the military - your standard college conversation.

That was when I realized that Tanya was far from a bimbo. She was well informed, articulate, held many opinions that I did (always a plus, that), and was most impressively open to new ideas and able to accept being wrong right in the middle of a discussion. I was pretty blown away, and as she was leaving, I stepped outside with her and in private mentioned that I had judged her harshly, had been wrong and that I hoped we could hang out more often. She was quite amused and while we didn't become best friends or anything, we did see a lot more of each other and she was indeed a great person.

TL;DR: I am a moron because I type too much.

Then we shall move on to judgement number 2:

The way she types. It's bad enough anyway, but when you are buying, selling or trading with someone you'd expect her to be able to do a little better than that.

    *Fair point though Stonesturd. :)

What part of your day was improved by being a ****** when a "no" would have covered it? I hope you get -rep'd on that trading site for that.

A simple "no" didn't cover it though. As stated: in the advert it is clearly stated that I am unwilling to ship, so end of really. I've thus no sympathy for people who refuse to read the description of something for which they want to exchange funds for.

Insofar as what part of my day was improved? Well, all of the rest of it after that really, as this particular person was the fifth within a week asking me the exact same question because they refused to partake in the slightest bit of reading comprehension (rather normal for this site, to be honest), so it felt rather cathartic to do as I did.
