    Update!
Hello everyone! Long time no see! :(

I am so happy to be one of the six nominated to Bit-Techs MOTM competition.
Please go vote for me if you like my project and would like to support my work, all votes are taken by much love and really pushes me forward to continue delivering good stuff.

I'm back with an update about the airbrushing for you all! :)

It has been a long process and now we finally are heading to the start of the end on the exterior of the chassi, who knows there may be an inside as well ;)

We and by we I mean me and my painter DM-Finearts have been discussing back and forth about the hole painting job, we want to get the right feeling and that everything ties up in to a unity, that it's just not blabbered on to it. A lot of what we're trying to create is a feeling that it's a little cold, hard and rough if you know what I mean.
As if it has been to space and taken some hits and got marks from the time in "service". I'll hope it gets more chances to "service" ;)

Also since the last update the chassi has been exhibited in Wachtmeisters Gallery in a shopping center in a town called Karlskrona, Sweden. I'll be including a few photos from the window that you could see them through.

We were thinking between having the SC2 logo or the StarCraft2 logo on the front. Both looks good but I personally prefer the SC2 logo since it gets a better feel to it since it is in relay as some of the other things on the chassi are.

    Enjoy!

Please leave feedback on the paintjob and the project itself and any ideas you might have is welcome :)

    Update!
    Hello everyone! :)

I would like to start this update to thank each one of you, yes you! for showing support for this build. Thanks to every single vote I manged to pull the longest stick and won the Bit-Techs MOTM September competition. That's insane and I'm super happy for the chance I have gotten. Also except you guys to thank for making this project a possibility is my sponsors, DM-Finearts, Plåtspecialisten Örebro, fractal design, Corsair, Mayhems, Aquatuning, NZXT.
Without you I would not have gotten the chance to take my head in to modding scene as I wanted.

So now to the actual content of the update!
The paintjob of the chassi is starting to go to an end, there's just a few minor details left before putting on some sort of protective coat on it, I have been a little sceptical to go with clear-coat since I feel it will break and take away from the "rough and raw" feeling/theme we have gone for. I have spoken with DM-Finearts back and forth between the choices, mat-coat( keeps the colors as it is, maybe a bit more dull and is most for protective reasons) then a middleish coat with a mix between a clear and mat-coat( don't know how this will look) and at last there's the clear-coat( brings out the colors and effects in a better way though brings a glance surface. So what do you guys think I should do? which coat should I go for? Still haven't decided and may need your help.

Now for some pictures up until now, enjoy and please give feedback! :)

We did a little coloradjustment on the logos on the top to fit the theme better, I really like the result myself.

That was all for now, take care and happy modding!

Just PM me if you want to play some games :D
cannot wait either, though I am as of now not 100% sure how to do the inside, I did before but not sure it will be perfect for the theme I have gone for so there will be a little time now I will try to figure something sweet out.

    Hello everybody at Bit-tech!

It has been to long since an update and since I could have done anything myself, It's itching in my fingers to start again!
First and foremost I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Dm Finearts, for airbrushing this project. He is so talented!
Make sure to check out his market on his site to be able to get hold of some artwork of his.

Now that I have got the chassi back I can start to work on the inside and thereafter complete this project!
No worries, I won't just slam the hardware in the to get it working. Big NONO! Hopefully I can make the Inside look as beutiful as the outside of this case!

So here we go with a bunch of pictures, now remember I am not a proffesional photographer and can't nearly make justice of how badass it looks in person!!
I just want to hug it it's so majestic and beutiful!!

Was shocked to say at least^^ The package was huge!

Looks like I got a compressor, yes please!
Though there was something else inside...

..this for example, good trade for the compressor I'd say!

    Extremly happy over the result!

Note that I will respray all the rings on the SP-120 and AF-140 fans to fit the theme better.

In the background you can see some test fitting of some hardware.
    Please help me! :)

Now I would like some thought on what you think looks best? #F1 or #F2?
    #F1
    [IMG]
    #F2

I have also run in to some problems with the pump, I thought I could fit it next to the 240mm radiator in the bottom compartment but it's clearly not going to happen since I underestimated the width of the rad with fans and the pump together.
What do you suggest I should do?

Remove a set of fans and run with push or pull and install the pump as intended?

Another option is to remove 4 HDD brackets and place the pump in there, the problem with that is that the pump location is higher then the bottom of the resevoir, will that be a problem ? Also since I planned doing an all out crystal link loop (I know I'm crazy) it will be hard to connect them 2 together, will probably require to use the dremel some in the HDD bay.

The other thing I can think of is finding another (smaller pump) that will fit, what I am afraid of then is that it won't be powerfull enough to have good circulation trough the narrow loop?
Any other suggestions, please tell me!

So what's going to happen now? Will continue to test mount back and forth to see how I want to design the inside, waiting for a retailer to get some crystal link fittings in stock so I can order them :)

So nice to be back on track again!
    Please leave feedback!

    Regards Johnny
