So today i received my new Nexus 10, was so excited. Then i noticed this mark where the screen meets the bezel. Top left, near the power button side I phoned google, guy answered was based in US. He said his system wasnt set up to sort out the warranty so he has logged a call and the tech guys will email me a link to fill in all my details for the replacement. But since it is a hoilday in the states, i have to wait Any body else have a similar problem? (Will upload more pics when at home. Photobucket blocked at work)
ha ha, i expected perfection! my mate has ordered one too, would be interesting to see how his turn out.
Not the first issue with the nexus brand nexus 7 had some dodgy screens as well seems like the nexus 10 has inherited those problems.
not good. you would think they should have learnt. had an email asking for some numbers and referring to it as a nexus 7
Hardly Inherited issues, one is designed by Asus the other by Samsung. I'm interested in both this and the Nexus4, not yet seen any reviews of the 10 which is odd as its been out a while.

Never said they did lol Can't remember there been too many tablet issues though. Surface for example has no issues quality wise Keyboard is dodgy but its not made by ms.
China has quality control lol that I'd love to see. Won't ever happen till they are paid more than 1 dollar an hr, not like china gives a damn about public oppinion.
Got the link and RMA details, new one should be on the way. Must say great service support from Google. Lets hope it continues to be smooth.
