I would say large since your SSD window is amazing.

    Thanks !

I am thinking of 2 windows now. 1 for the midsection and one long small one for the SSD's.

    Gonna look into this tonight.

    Keep you updated !

This is what I like about modding. You think you got something planned out and when you do the work, you have to think on your feet as it doesnt turn out the way you planned it !

I was planning on doing a double window. The second window would have been where the X was marked with tape. (please note this is the rough cut, it needs a couple of hours of love to be perfect!)

    BUT ...
Look at the size of that hole between the door and the case itself. In this picture you can look into the door.

But even with a piece of alu posing as the rim I wanted to create, you can still look behind the door. This doesnt look right. Just does not have the feel I want to get with this build. It almost feels like an after thought.

Also the second window would become very thin and cover most of the SSD's. It would let you see on the top left ...per-x and bottom right king... (normally Hyper-X and Kingston)
    This wont do either !

The side is not the only one with a large crack. Gotta figure something out for this.

So this is waht I will do. I will widen the rim for the window so that it will align with the midplate of the case. This will also funtion as a stop for the warm air. The 480 rads cannot push their warm air up anymore. 2 problems solved in one !

It also just looks better imo. The SSD's will be visible only with the door off.

    Door Challenge nr 2 !

As I have 2 x 480 rads in the bottom and the case comes with ventilation slots for 360's I need to change the door in that aspect also. The ventilation slots I have cut out for the window I will cut up and place them in the bottom.

So the rest of my weekend will be spent getting this filed up perfect and glued into position.
Not a small job. But still having fun !

Not so spectacular work yesterday, spent most of the day planning stuff.
    Did do some work though!
Location of the pump and the hole for the psu cables.
I will make a alu wall between the pump and the psu for safety
    [IMG]

Tubing out of the pump that will be routed through the backplate into the rads

Topside air intake and tubing passthrough!

All sorts of cabling for cable management
    [IMG]

Time to get creative on the BORG door!
    Guess what's coming here ??

    Here is a quick update.

Made the missing plexi ring for the bottom fan.

Damn for forgot the mesh ..

SSD drive bays. Love my alu bender
    [IMG]

Started on the door. This is the rough design for the work.
The idea is to make a multilayered cube with lasers, uv plexi and some kitbashing.

Need to decide if I am going for the white traditional panelling or the cube appoach
    [IMG]

Fan grills for the warm air of the 480 rad
    [IMG]

    the cube approach

The cubes are cool looking. Could you do a mixture of both? Cube and panels?

Yeah, the mesh is going to get some panelling and pipes that go from the surface "into" the door. Also got lots of small modelling stuff that can go on the cubes to break the design a little.
Here is the inspiration for this section

Sorry people that I havent had an update for you recently !
End of year is always killing with sales targets to be made and annual reviews with employees. There is one in the making but it will take some more time.
