Unfortunatly I dont have an email from ubi

I doubled checked the desktop and there was a folder called 'download'. In it, was a whole bunch of AC3 rar files but no setup. I tried extracting them but quite a few failed so no luck there.

It would appear the download has bricked itself and the key / game is gone forever!

 

Damn contact Ubi support my friend they should have records of the transaction. Without the email you can't do anything as it has your key inside too.

Checked spam folder?

 

I don't suppose there are any copies left since I don't think I entered

 

I downloaded all the files onto my dump drive, but when I run the installed/unzip it it tries to dump it all on my SSD which has about 2Gb's of space on it, and give me no way of changing where I want to extract the thing to... So gets ~15% of the way through and has a headache.

I had the same issue Mankz,

Solution:
Use winzip/winrar to extract the first downloaded file to folder on HDD. it will automatically do all 23 parts of the download as part of it and then run the setup.exe and you can select where to install then as usual in the menues
