So here we go. As I'm looking through the pictures taken yesterday i realize i should have taken a lot more. Anyways, here are most of them without posting very similar looking ones. Enjoy!

Without leds on. Sadly a few fingerprints on it but better with them there than photoshopped away :)

Still have a few things to do with the computer but this will be it for the coolermaster mod competition. Wanna try to make my ram look like the gpu support with the same red glow :) Not sure if its gonna work but gonna give it a go, also have some other ideas. But will have a weeks or two break now, need to sort out the rest of my life that has been left aside while building this :)

That's one good looking bench you made Ace :)

As I said in a DM, it could use some cable separators on the 24pin and GPU wiring. Other than that I totally love it! Very nice! :thumb:

    Such an awesome test bench.
Devastated I wasn't aware of this project earlier, but glad I finally found it!
Love the GPU support - it matches the angles of the radiator boxes and also fits quite well with those Dominators. Well played!

I look forward to seeing more awesome builds from you in the future.

That's it! I love those reservoirs outside the case! Could you take some pictures only with the led's light please? >.<

Thanks for all who voted for me in the Cooler Master mod competition! Got myself a 3rd prize :)

After a very busy Christmas I've made a prototype of the ram, did not go well at all but at least i've gotten started.

This is the design. It's basically the same design as the Dominator platinum ram but with a sandwich construction consisting of two aluminum sides with acrylic in the middle.

    The aluminum part
    [IMG]

One of the aluminum parts pressed together with the acrylic. Got decent tolerances on the parts so i just pressed them together with a vice, no glue needed :)

Made a red light bar so the ram would match the case better. Still want a white acrylic top with it only being red when its on :)

    Installed without a lightbar
    [IMG]

It looks the same with a lightbar. Think there is not enough light for the light to reflect all the way to the middle of the ram. I will experiment a bit more but if i can't figure it out i will leave it with just a red lightbar

With the red lightbar and the original part it looks like this. It's not too bad but a bit of the white light shines through due to the fact that the leds are further apart than the width of the lightbar. The red bar is the same width as the original one. Also gonna polish the entry surface of the acrylig to let as much light through as possible

you could try to sand the bottom of the plexi to distribute the light a bit more. Looks good! :)
