Will do bud! Getting some waterblocks put on, as temps are 87C in games. EK do them, but sourcing a pair from the same retailer is gonna be hard. EK-FC5X0 GTX GW is the block code for these cards. ;)

Guess you are now left wondering what to buy next, as GTX Titan didn't live up to it's hype...:(

looking at some of the performance numbers ignoring price.

BF3 ultra 5760x1200 is 64fps avr on a single card thats just insane.

SLI the pair of them and you might of the ultimate graphics rig for that resolution.

Uses alot of power though 429 watts in bf3 a 680 is only around the 350 mark.

Its also a cuda card to make people dream over if you must have the fastest CUDA card available that does not cost $3500 then this is it.

This card is a item few can afford but for the people who can use the CUDA performance its a cheap option vs competing teslas.

Id guess many people who have run Duel Graphics card setups would be tempted to accept Titan to go back to live in single card land which is just so much easier to deal with.

Nvidia have made a GPU that most of us can dream to own but we will never own it. This is what happens when competition goes AWOL, Companies can charge what they want instead of realistic pricing.

If your a millionaire why not tri sli these bad boys now thats gonna be some system.

Think I'll just stick with SLI 680's tbh. I've never had any problems with SLI, so I don't see the point in taking a performance hit to have a single card.

Thought about this route, but dont have any W/C stuff to get me started and I am too lazy to kick myself up the bum and do it.

Never mind I am sure my two new 680 Classy's should do the job for a while! :)

I've currently got an MSI 580GTX and I'm thinking about my next build when the Haswell chips are out in June roughly.

If I'm gonna spend about £800 on the gpu, am I better to go for 2x 680's in SLI, or a 690, or the Titan?

Current screen res is 1920x1200, but that's likely to go up to 2560x1080 with the Dell U2913WM.

Maaaann.. I am still using a GTX 260, and I can run any game at near max settings... I don't get it. (then again, I don't have Crysis 3 or BF3)

Exactly! If I overclock a bit my GPU, I can get playable frame rate in Solitaire!
In all seriousness, I think, if you can live with near max settings, assuming 1 display and 1920x1200 or 1920x1080 resolution, you should be fine until the 700 series comes out, and that would be a better buy, than cashing out 1000$ on a Titan. That is just my opinion.
