Windows Crysis 3

Alas, I am playing on xbox because my PCs went *foof* in a puff of smoke I haven't noticed much of a fall in numbers there, apart from last night but the servers went down so I guess some people gave up for the night. Luckily for me Crash Site/Spears are pretty well populated. (I can't shoot for ****, but I can capture objectives!)

Yeah, I can't wait for them to fix that. I never know now if I'm unlocking them for the first time or if I already had them.

I would if I could. I am really enjoying this mp, so if I ever get a PC up and running I'll probably pick this up again. Be nice to get back to kb&m now I'm playing more FPS again

 

Looks like Data Patch C is on its way soon. Some nice balancing fixes incoming.

Also think this is worth noting for those annoyed (me!) by the current dog tag issue.

 

I'm rather enjoying it, tbh. Gameplay-wise, I didn't expect it to reach the heights of Warhead but it is better than Crysis 2.

Plus, I haven't quite finished it yet and I already know I want to play it again to try different tactics in different situations.

 

I have completed it and it seemed quite short to me (it could be that I just hammered it and actually it was a decent length) The gameplay was fun and I loved the bow - might give MP a try but haven't enjoyed Crysis MP in the past...

 

Boo! I tried the open MP beta on the ps3, buy after playing on the PC there was no question from me which I prefer.

Didn't realise the dog tag issue was across all platforms. At least a fix is on it's way.

Well went to try and wrap the SP last night.

Anyone else find it crashes all the time when loading saves since the latest patch?

I tried that. Worked, then when I relaunched the game to resume the same thing happened

No crashing issues for me.

Latest patch notes. Seems data pacth C on its way also. Dog tags fixed

Does Origin have a install check option like Steam has? Might be worth a try

 

Yes mate, tried that too. Guess I can try deleting and starting from scratch. Worked for ME3 when I was having problems.

Did some frame rate testing on this. While it does max out past 2GB of mem usage with very high textures at higher resolutions, frame rates doesn't suffer at all. /shrug

 

This is where you want a install CD rather than having to download again! good luck

Give it a go George! I admit I never played the mp in 2, but most people I know who played it say this one is much better

 

Completed single player pretty disappointed tbh was hoping for more. Orginal game is awesome.

Online is nice would like bigger maps.
