Ground up sheep's lungs stuffed into the sheep's stomach with oatmeal and some of the hard fat from around the animals loins. A bit of spices and onion and job done. Hmmm you can't beat a good plate of haggis, neeps and tatties.
Can't think of any my stomach can turn quite easily.....fish makes me gag !! Had a Polish friend that would cook Polish stuff at Christmas...don't mean to upset anyone but it was like how I imagine a tin of Pedigree chum tastes...They did an awesome roast on Sunday's though !
My parents have had that semi-developed chick thing in Vietnam, apparently quite tasty despite the horrid texture. Some nasty **** on those lists though!
I know Fois Gras is on there and I know it's cruel and everything but it's soooooooooooo gooooooooooooood! I have also tried a witchetty grub (well I'm told it was, not sure how it was purloined in the UK. some wierd food website apparently), whilst the taste is actually quite nice I do not recommend them, the texture is utterly repulsive.
Not sure it's really out there, but last time I tried, I really enjoyed goat stew. Sort of a mix of Chicken and beef, but with no characteristics of either, if that makes sense.
Sushi and Sashimi, also tried fire ant egg stir fry which was actually rather good! Often scare a couple of lads at work with Sushi
I had horse pate in france which was nice and also some sort of white sausage the description of which got lost in translation. It was like the opposite of black pudding.

Didn't have that (because apparently it's genuinely just foul), but had Minke whale and Puffin in Iceland
good old pork pies coated in branston pickle. I get told i'm a northern peasant at work when i do that. Screw 'em.
