I hate the heat gggrrrr. This humidity is killing me.

I hate dry heat but this humidity I like. I guess living in Florida made me used to it..

 

I consider this weather as training for my Texas holiday at the end of August.

 

You guys need to do get outside in the shade!

was rather nice gardening in this heat, although feeling the hose pipe water (cold) made me want a damn pool

 

it's also a principle ingredient in sunblock, know a couple people who use titanium dioxide powder to stave off nasty reactions to sunlight...

 

presumably you're also getting vitamin d supplements with no sun exposure?

Aye. I do have to limit my sun exposure quite strictly but it'll never stop me loving the weather!

I am also melting- guaranty it'll be grey, cold and drizzling when I have a day off though....

 

I have a dentists appointment today, which I have to drive 140 miles to.

I also have an infection, which may just be a cold, but it may be E. coli. I've had about 2 hours of sleep, and I feel worse than any hangover I've ever had.

Called in to work on my day off, Been up for over 24 hours...

 

Constantly feeling sick.
Something will start me off feeling a bit iffy and then my brain kicks in and gets worked up about being sick (I suppose I have a phobia of being sick).
It then gets to the point where I'm in such a panic my body tries throwing up but nothing comes out.

When I have some soft mints it seems to help but this is now waring off.

I had to pull over 4 times as I got half way to a customer site and decided I didn't feel good. Turned around and it got worse and worse.

It's literally running my life.
I've called my doctors surgery and have to pop around and re-register my self (I moved surgery's years ago and never updated them when I moved back to the area).

Hopefully they can find out what set's me off / causes it.

 

The job and the industry. Some of the worst people I have ever had the miss fortune to work with and a technology that is uninspiring and dull.

If your wondering on this industry its this one. The IT industry and the sector you lot buy from. Awful place to be and I feel sorry for everyone stuck in it.

 

Wow. I could take those exact words and apply them to my work (also IT, but in the business sector). I always liked the thought of working in technology retail, but alas, just like any job there are bad parts.

Maybe we should both quit and start our own business??
