That's a big lift dude, 405lbs (for 2, though the 2nd rep was ragged as hell) is my PB, which i'm pretty happy with at just under 165lbs bodyweight.

 

i deadlift around 100 lb max.

Oh so much win. There are no words adequate or derogatory enough to describe what a disgrace of a human being she is.

 

If I hear one more young girl call a bearded lank "fit" (hate that word more than anything in the world) I'm going to scream. I'm with unicorn, Teenage girls are bloody demotivating most of the time, which doesn't help me.
