They don't damage anything if you go too hard either.

1980s Taurus, Andy. I still miss mine. Mine got a Mustang engine swap because I had access to the junkyard and a lot of free time one summer. Great sleeper car.

Indeed. A proper bombastic blunder one might say. Couldn't have come at a worse time as have a shed load of work at the minute and the weather is just perfect for nodding.

I painted it with House of Kolor haha. Not bad for a first car :D I'll post my old cars in the car thread one day :)

i was a bit concerned sitting on the curb at the top of a parking space, that someone could swing in and hit me and i wouldn't be able to move:eeek:. Fortunately the manager of the 5-aside place was walking about and he put a cone in the space.

I was playing football and went for a 50-50 balls side footed. Got my leg wrenched sideways. At first it was just my knee that hurt, but that wore off and i was trying to walk it off. Then my ankle started to feel funny and then a bit painful and then i realised that my boot seemed to be getting tighter and tighter and i couldn;t put any weight down. Once removed it was apparent that swelling was the culprit and i would be a bit baulked for the next few days.

Funniest thing was that i went in goal for a bit, hopping about on one foot, leaning on the cross bar like a fussball table man. Made quite a few saves flinging my good leg in the way. lol

What you do to your shoulder? Mine used to dislocate on a frequent basis which hurts like ****.

"korean wrestling" Against a black belt.

He had me in a hold and I made the mistake of not tapping out soon enough. He twisted it too far and I could just feel it slip out. It was a self-defense class, someone tackles you and you either twist their arm or put them in a choker hold. He decided to twist my arm. I can explain the mechanics of it once I've gotten lunch.

I tackled a pretty monstrous haddock at lunchtime - I may have to lie down to recuperate when I get home. :p

@ Crappy: no more of this "real life" stuff, ok? You have a responsibility to your audience. ;)

    Of course YOU would, geezer!:p

Being 18 once the pain is gone I'm good to go. Which doesn't take long at all.

I watch a lot of MMA so i'm quite familiar with the art of grappling. You ever see Matt Hughes vs Royce Gracie? Hughes had his arm wrenched in places it wasn't designed to go and he never tapped. That man has huge testicular fortitude.

Sorry. I'll get back in my box till i have something shiny and metallic to show :sigh:

Nope. Never really got into wrestling/mma. The school I go to, ever class is different. This time he just decided to dip into a little grappling, and I payed for it. Weird thing is I ended up with the guy I happen to be crushing on :worried:

Don't listen to spreadie. Just buy yourself a monkey and tell him to do it
