    Simply epic.

The SLI bridge is screaming for a small plexi cover with a lion on it :)

Thank you very much good sir :thumb:

thanks guys. Well..... if you guys really think so I just might do that :dremel:

I bought them from PPCs I think. In Europe Hiflow also stock them. They're Modsmart Kobra clips. Very small and nice imo.

I think a little update is in place.

    Because...

    IT IS ALIIIIIIIVE

The project is not finished completely. But it is alive and kicking. I am flabbergasted it worked. No hickups as of yet.
I set the two SSDs in raid 0, inserted the Windows 7 on USB stick, installed all drivers and software I thought I needed, fiddled with the Aquasuite software.
    And then.....Folding@home....
No overclocking as of yet. Haven't even had the time to try.

Because I was so happy with the moment I decided to grab my less than average camera, put it on the even cheaper small tripod, and make some pictures to savour the moment.

I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do.

First of all I bought a used monitor for the project to use for now. I eventually want a 27+ 1440P monitor. But for now this will do fine. I didn't have a lot of money left with my two projects running.
But this old TN 2ms Asus 1080p screen isn't horrible to sit in front of. I do think I need to calibrate the colours in some way.
The upside is that is has vga, dvi and hdmi input. Meaning I can also now move my PS3 to the modding room and free up the TV downstairs for her.

Another small update that is much cooler imo: there is a person in Holland that used to do a lot of console painting. He did some very cool creations.
So I asked him is he would be interested in painting the removable cover of my laser mouse. And he was and even wanted to do it for free (NOT SPONSORSHIP) because he had never done something like this before for a project. It isn't as clean of a style as the build but I personally LOVE it. It really has this graffiti style to it and still has the lionhead, the orange, the black, the white, the hexx. Now he is making me want to take apart my G19 keyboard as well 0.O

I have been watching this build for a while but I couldn't post replies till now.

I've never really wanted to do a build in an orange/black combo before. after seeing this, I'm considering giving it a go!

Love the hex theme and my word... everything you've done just looks so clean. Will be waiting for more updates ;)

    Keep it up!

Just want to know 1 thing, where did you get that bending thingie? That cord that you put inside the tube to prevent from collapsing? :)

    Need one for my self!

Thank you very much for your kind words :thumb:

Thanks Nate, means a lot coming from you.

Thank you Johnim. Just give it a try. And nowadays there are many people and companies who can do it for you.

It is E22 12/10 tubing and I bought the neoprene cord at Nate as well. BAM free advertising right there Nate :D ;)
