Correct. Volumetrically efficient fuselage cross-section, frugal engines and a magical wing that lets it take off in about ten feet. Very neat little bird. Was up at Oulton Park yesterday for a superb day watching club-level racing. This is probably my favourite, although I've managed to get quite a few nice ones! Exige by HarvB, on Flickr
Cheers, was there to support my friend Mike who was racing in the NW Sports & Saloons, so a fair few of him in the set, the below being the best I think. Mike at Clay Hill by HarvB, on Flickr
You been fiddling with this one? Her eyes look unnaturally vivid in their tan colouring, distractingly so. Nice shot tho.
Super happy with this. Also, say hello to my new watermark. I just discovered dozens of my photos being used all over the place, so I've finally caved and begun watermarking all new uploads. Heat by Angad Singh | Zone 5 Aviation, on Flickr
That's really nice! Interesting to see your choice for a watermark, I quite like the way this chap does them, hiding them in the background (obviously not applicable for you on this shot!): Vanquish. by Alex Penfold, on Flickr

Lance - thanks! Krikkit - yes, Penfold does well with his watermarks. It used to be a bit of a race to find his watermarks earlier on, but I haven't seen that excitement lately. But yeah, I can't be arsed to do all that transparency stuff, I'd rather just put in small text in an unobtrusive(ish) place.
I spent the day experimenting with slow shutter speeds and this was a lucky hit. I shot it at 600mm (Sigma 120-300 with a 2x TC fitted), through a fence, a 1/60th & f6.1. Its not the best quality because of the fence, but I really like it because of the sense of speed and you can almost see the effort the driver is putting in! Il be at Silverstone and Brands Hatch for the last 2 rounds of the British Superbikes so il likely post some stuff up here once ive had the time to process it.
Had a little play, they where a little flat, thank you . Cracking pic Sam, I would love to work with her looks like you had a smooth shoot .
