When I first met my wife she had two cats, Minette and Dude. Dude was just scared of everything and beyond lazy but Minette was a complete tart. She was affectionate to women that she knew but with men, wow, that thing was a little whore. As soon as I first sat down she was all over me and ended up climbing up my chest and going to sleep with her nose down my ear.

If a man with a deep voice came on the TV she would sit in front of it and stare at them.

Yeah it's definitely a smell thing. Rapunzel was a man's lady. Dolly doesn't really give a crap, so long as you have belly nubs for her :hehe:

heh, lucky you. windows update has died a death on my desktop, haven't been able to patch in over a year. on the other hand, nothings stopped working so i've not gotten round to doing a clean install.

Also, i think you mean Herr Votick. heir votick would be something different.

since i bought my flat in May I've been hoping i could mvoe to fibre. our exchange has been 'accepting orders' since the turn of the year. i check every few weeks, and this week the output from BTs 'can you get BT infinity' has changed, from 'No' to this:

Fibre optic broadband is estimated to be in your area between undefined. Please note that these dates have been provided by our supplier and are estimates.

so not exactly progress, but in theory a step in the right direction. Estimated speeds are 58.9 down, 18 up. currently i get ~17MBit down and 1MBit up, so it'd be a hell of an improvement if it happened.

A science teacher has managed to burn a hole through her keyboard on her laptop doing an experiment.

Raw potassium and computers don't mix! :hehe:

wait, was it wet? i thought potassium was prone to oxidisation, but i didn't think it'd burn through a keyboard.

    i hope it wasn't mechanical
