A few years back I started ironmanning SS2, a HDD failure cost me the save game,

Guess what I just found on a backup ;-)

 

Over the weekend, several refunds have landed after changing cars (see purchase thread):-

Trade-in: £2500 (car was worth more than max deposit on lease).
Road Tax: £85 (new car rated zero tax )
Service plan: £25

 

My new neice is one beautiful little girl very proud if my sister. Now to kick her fella into place because he aint half an idiot at times.

But doubtful he will listen to anyone inc me.

I just ate what I now consider to be the epitome of cheesecakes - M&S Lemon Meringue Cheesecake Bar. Just don't think about the calories too much...

 

For something that tasty, you shouldn't have to worry about the calorie count.

What makes my life awesome? New kitchen installed over the weekend and knowing I'll be able to move into my flat sometime before the end of the month. Yes, bit over budget, but damn it's going to be one awesome bachelor pad

Tomorrow we're upgrading the old 8ltr./min. hot water combi boiler to a condensing combi that churns out 17ltr./min. Will go nicely with the 40cm water rose in the walk-in shower of our new bathroom.

 

Just received an email from the local media asking if I could write an column concerning computers on an regular basis. I never wrote an column before!!! Any advice for this up coming columnist?? I was thinking that I should start off easy and write on vital programs for basic disk management like disk cleanup and defragmenter but I realized that most people may have windows 7/8 by now that does this for them but what about the xp users??

 

Talking about the XP equivalents should be easy enough. Those programs are operated in pretty much the same way and all you're writing differently is a couple of menu changes.

Got fibre. Now i'm very happy with my online experience. I can actually watch pretty much any YT video in 1080p; which i've struggled to get more than 480p before.

 

I've a meeting with Phillip Alsopp of DID software (remember them?) to discuss the technical side and the future of Grandshift.

 

I hope DID don't have 'many' sides to them XD

 

If only i could meet a woman who likes to have fun times with cable routing :/
