    Thanks E22!

I have a question about UV. I just got my purple UV LED strip today, and it doesn't seem to react with the coolant, at all. The coolant I'm using is the "Feser One 1L UV Black". I've never worked with UV before, but shouldn't it react?

What wave length are they? Needs to be around 395nm to be UV.

The LEDs you mean? I dont know, doesnt say anywhere. But it works/reacts with white objects/surfaces, so it must be UV

Well, seems like the Feser Black UV is pretty sad when it comes to UV reaction. I thereby decided to ditch the UV idea. Well well...

    But I have an update:

First, I made some minor adjustments in the loop layout. Removed one of the res mounts, moved the res a bit more to the right. This was to get the fillport centered.

Here's another shot. As you can see I've drained the loop. Will make a refill when everything assebled.

    A 2mm sheet of glass...

And here's the transparent LCD, finally ready to be mounted inside the chassis.

A good fit I suppose. You can see the PCB of the LCD touching the blind construction. No margins, what so ever =)

    Short flat cable, HDMI.

A pretty good fit there as well.

Then finally, I could put the two chassis segments together and see the resluts of 1000+ hrs.

The backside, well, need some serious cable management. There's cables EVERYWHERE, don't know where to start really =) Give me few more day...

Until then, here's some quick tests playing with the RGB strip.

    Purle

Man, that looks incredible. The UV did look good, but this looks amazing as well. Your attention to detail always amazes me. You seem to do everything with that pinpoint accuracy. I'm looking forward to seeing how this'll look at the end.

Looking good Squid, I don't envy the task of tidying those cables but I'm sure you'll do a good job as always.

Thanks Wisdom! Well, I don't have a choice. I have to use pinpoint accuracy in order to make these constructions to work in the first place. Then well, I am a perfectionist =)

Btw, the UV coolant will still be used(the purple looks so good), I just won't have UV lighting inside.

Thanks man! Well, I'm not going to sleeve =)

Thanks! Indeed it does. A lot of them colors look good. Have to decide which one to go with for the final pictures I guess. Hmm...

Wow. Seems copper loves any colour? I love how everything is shiny purple. Awesomesauce!

Those tight fits are mint too. Wish I had half your patience to mod to this degree of perfection! ;)

Wishing you good luck and loads of fun with the cable management :D :D

And, obviously...excited for final pics! And video :p
