Saw him in the boozer last night drinking cider, from the usual apple source.

I genuinely think he's feeling down on himself right now. It was his birthday recently and he wanted everyone to join him for a meal at a Chinese restaurant. One mate ****ed off to the market instead; one mate just stayed at home; another mate insisted on eating roast beef; and his best mate refused to eat anything at all. Spec got so upset that he just stood up at the table and had a spontaneous bout of incontinence which lasted all the way home.
