i dont believe they make cast aclylic tube, that would mean the mold would have to be minimum of 3 to 4 meters long. they only exist for extremely large diameters. here is the link to one of the major tube manufacturors tube brochure: http://www.plexiglas-shop.com/pdfs/en/211-12-PLEXIGLAS-Tubes-Rods-en.pdf
good luck finding a fitting that fits on a 300mm tube :p

Insert Silicone Fill tubing into the 1/2" Primochill Acrylic tube before heating the Tubing.

Hold the tubing around 4" above the heat, and keep rotating the Acrylic tubing over the heat.

I made Acrylic Tubing Bending Jig, from Acrylic!

I made it from .5" Clear Acrylic scrap from the workshop. For the bends, I used our 1-3/4" & 1" Billet PC Case Feet for two different size bends.

Still waiting on cooling fans and additional Fittings to arrive from frozen. I've also changed direction and making slots in the top tray. I got caught up in the look of tubing wrapping around the edges of MB, but my better judgement is telling me to add slots in the tray, so you can insert acrylic lines into the Aqualis inlet/outlets directly from above, eliminating any future hassle when swapping out hardware.

Is it because the disconnects would all be over a million watt power supply?

was going thru builder withdrawal after spending past several weeks learning how to build and operate our new website while waiting for hardware and fittings to arrive. Heres the update pics from the weekend after installing all of the hardware, including SSD, psu and power connections. as sexy as that loop looked, wrapped under the MB, the practicality gremlins told me to revise the motherboard plate with opening over primochill ghosts revolver fittings. This will make it easier to install / uninstall the rigid hard line tubing to cpu and gpu loop.

BIG Thank you to Corsair in sponsoring this project

Seems to be a new slot on the other side too...

The EVGA logo on the heatsink drives me crazy. I keep thinking there's a pair of pliers on the board.

I haven't looked in on this one for a while..Looking seriously good. The bending on the tubing is wicked. Some very tight turns... top modding. gonna be one sweet mod when it's finished.

Good to hear from you again bulldog! I've revised and simplified the layout for the rigid tubing, for easier access, going into shop today to do some bending :D

Damn... starting to look epic with the hardware and liquid cooling beezkneez in this beast.

I must agree what was said earlier tho, the 90° 24pin makes for easier cable management, but personally I think it would've looked nicer in this build if you had it stand up like the other connectors.

    Great none the less!! :)

Can't wait to see what this looks like in the next update!

Keep up the great work Mr. Owen. :thumb::thumb::thumb:
