i once took the corner of my left thumb off on the exposed inverter from a slightly broken plasma tube. when i say burnt off, it left a right angled indent in both the corner of my thumb and the nail on top of it in a single blue flash.

there is nothing quite as revolting as the smell of burnt human flesh and nail, i heartily recommend no one tries to find out

also, keyboards n stuff.

Returning to the topic of the thread, I was quite taken with that ridiculous nyan cat number row when looking at the same place the Handarbeit keys are from. If it wouldn't end up really pricey ordering it from the US for a laugh, I'd probably have it.

Have any of you lot ordered the Handarbeit keys?

 

Not for me - too pricey at the moment... I'm still holding out for another round of Dolch from Originative - gutted I missed it...

Wow.... That sounds like a bargain to me :S So for you to order one it should be free shipping on a keyboard if you preorder the switch tester and a keyboard at the same time? Then it sounds more like a reasonable offer. I could check with our store manager if something like that is possible.
