Still have some overclocking headroom,(but for a 24/7 this will do just fine)

 

Custom crossfire bridge(will probably be the last time i use something like it)

Do the dominator platinum light bars get hot enough that they need watercooling then?

(Don't worry, I realise you can't mount a block on the platinums any other way, I'm just teasing )

I like what you've done with the desk, especially the concealed power & I/O compartments.

Made some changes to the loop for cleaner looks,(since i am working on a video,and after the last one i saw quite some things i would like to change for the next video)

Hopefully you like it as much as i do,i think this looks much cleaner,

hey everyone,

I thought i might share this with you,
like you should know if you have read the beginning of this log,
that i have 2 asus 7970 DC2,

well a few days back i thought i try something,
thought i wmight try to flassh the bios to a 280x bios,
And well after a few different tryouts,well i finally found one that was semi stable,
after a few tweaks and driver changes,welll
it works like it is supposed to be a 280x.
And overclocked way above its stock speed.
here are a few pics and benchmark scores.and believe me this was well worth it

Why not just swap the ram out for some regular Dominators? Its hurts my eyes that you have a waterblock floating like that. Its like putting a third GPU block in, but not a third GPU

Other than that I like the result. I am looking into building my own desk soon. Will not have a PC in it, but it will be wood

 

hehe,well since i realy like that memory and I just had that Ek monarch laying around,
i thought to my self that it looks quite well to have that and the loop looks way better with the monarch than it does without.
