    I think the bloke in the black car wanted to voice his displeasure about something towards the driver of the Mitsubishi pickup. Instead of using his words, Mr Mitsubishi sends in the dog, so to speak, to sort things out for him. Mr other bloke, fearing a bite from said dog, retreats.

    Or something like that anyway. Perhaps it wasn't as awesome as I thought...
