I have nothing left to unlock, well apart from some of the game mode awards that I have no intention on playing.

Doing the knife assignments were fun with my mate running the mav guiding me into targets to stab :)

Using the mav to kill targets that my mate has primed with C4 is a laugh too, one of only 36 people in the world with 500 mav kills (sad I know).

The loadouts on the attack jet are a bit silly really, all you need is flares, rockets and that big old gun on the front. Literally every other unlock makes it less effective.

It's more for 100% unlocks than wanting the poxy weapons

Meh. Scout helis with more manoeuvrability should be interesting.

I've not yet played BF4, but I loved BF2 and BF2142 so I might look at buying this now I am getting back into FPS games again.

The game has eventually become playable and the last few patches have made the biggest changes. Still a very popular game and worth giving a go IMO

Just don't try and use any sort of thermal vision on certain maps as they have cocked it up big time. The mav is unusable on maps like Golmud and Zavod

How is the gameplay, does it have a realistic sense to it if you know what I mean?

Nope, not at all! If you want realistic, look at Arma 3.

I don't mean realistic as in as if I feel like I am in Afghanistan but I am actually playing a game.. More so just is there a load of 'impossibilities' that happen in it, which make it less enjoyable? I mean CS:S isn't realistic, but I enjoy it just as much as I did BF2 and BF2142.

It plays like your own private Hollywood war movie, all gratuitous giant explosion and collapsing buildings.

It's closer to Call of Duty than the old Battlefield games, but still takes a bunch more skill than CoD's snap-to auto aim and hit scan system.

A lot of fun can be had in this game. I got to a certain rank and thought to myself WTF am i trying to take this serious for? so i then decided to not care and just play for the lolz, and many lolz have been had.

This game is not for everyone but at £7.49 on ORIGIN why not give it a go :thumb:

    Sounds worth a shot then!

It's as low as that?! If I'd got as far as looking that far I would have already bought it..

    *Goes off to buy it*

Is it me, or is this game fooked? Single player has pedestrians walking into your vehicle, and disappearing. The AI is useless, as your team mates just look at one another when an enemy is 2ft from them...
Tarpaulines on building blowing into the buildings and disappearing, then coming back out...
    Random crashes...

Think I'm going to get a refund on this unpolished junk of a game...
