Been playing on and off for most of the day. 2 Crashes on a single mission, 1st SP heist, Just as it's switching from Franklin on the bike to Michael in the truck.

After a rocky start, an hour to unpack the game and then a bug/crash at the beginning. Known bug if you run the benchmark before completing the first two missions.

After that smooth sailing, not running maxed out due to 3gb Vram constraints but still playing smooth as butter.

Lowered my graphics settings to Nvidia Optimized, loaded up again, still crashes at the same point. Oh dear.

That's using the latest drivers from Nvidia (350.12) So, Not entirely sure what's wrong.

Yep, those drivers indeed. I've just done it again, controller disconnected, and it crashed soon as i right clicked the mouse to start shooting, despite it being fine before then, So, not entirely sure what it's doing it.

stop every thing else running in the task bar.
run the game with keyboard and mouse only.
reinstall the gpu drivers with clean install.
    check the steam forums
    https://steamcommunity.com/app/271590/discussions/

disconnect any un-necessary hard, like joy sticks and stuff.. bring your machine back to basics.

This launched so smoothly it actually makes me feel uncomfortable. Something so pretty has no right to run this smoothly, it's just not how videogames work. And aside from having to figure out that Dxtory was causing crashes for me I've actually been playing ONLINE with no issues?!

I will never be able to look at other games the same way again.

I've had zero problems. It preloaded at max speed, it updated quickly and it ran beautifully. With all the pre-ordering cash :D

One minor annoyance though, how to always run without always having to hold down Shift?

Runs absolutely fantastic for me too. 45-60 (V-Sync on) fps for me with the GeForce optimised settings which are mostly high or very high. What's really good is it's taking advantage of all 8 cores of my CPU.

Performance aside, really enjoying so far. I've put 4 hours in and I'm ~13% complete according to my save.

Edit: Oh, and ~5GB of 8GB VRAM being used at 1080p.

Only thing I've encountered is if I exit the game gracefully it locks my PC up. Full on reset button action needed to bring it back.

If I save, alt-tab and end process it's absolutely fine.

I'm noticing a tiny tiny bug. When I complete (or fail) a mission, the key prompts for carrying on are cut off down the bottom right (so I can see the bit that tells me spacebar opens details, but not that enter is continue). Is this FOV related?

There's a "Safe zone" or some such nonsense in one of the display/graphics menus - It moves stuff like that away from the edge of the screen. Found it completely by accident.

BUT, it only supports 16:9, which is annoying for us 21:9 "Super-wide" users, who'd like to move the HUD further out to the edges...

That might be the issue, I'm on 16:10. I'll check later.
