Wood-effect gun cabinet with built-in ammo safe. Since 2011, it's been a requirement that air rifle owners take "reasonable precautions" to prevent someone under 18 from making off with the rifle. This is a bit overkill, but I'm planning to apply for a firearms certificate so I'll need a proper gun safe eventually anyway.

Nice cabinet. I know my dad has his gun cab in the hall cupboard hidden away, the ammo i think lives under the sink

My original plan was to fix it inside the built-in cupboard in my office, but I'm vacating this room and turning half the (extremely large) master bedroom upstairs into my new office. It won't be visible from the street, seeing as it's the second floor and all, but I'm going to have to do some juggling to try to make it unobtrusive while still being able to secure its back to a load-bearing wall and open the door. That's a problem for Future Gareth, though: for now, it'll just be free-standing in the current office.

Just as a little follow up to this; The SMSL Amp arrived today (Specifically, this one) and it's a cracking little unit, the included power adaptor isn't the best, as it has a 2 prong plug and a travel adaptor on it, but it's a small issue, the unit itself is wonderful, effectively transparent and easily manages to drive my HD518s higher than the Xonar could, I'm limited by the Cans now, rather than the soundcard.

Bought the first two A Song of Ice and Fire books and some books from my childhood for my 5 year old niece. *Must remember to read the right book to her.*

I've heard a fair amount about Has Bean, can you let me know what you think as I'm getting a bit bored with my current selection.

Will do but, seeing as my experience of coffee beans has thus far been limited to what is available in the supermarket, I doubt I'll be able to offer a useful opinion. :hehe:

These were roasted yesterday and arrived this morning. As far as I can tell the supermarket stuff sits on the shelf for months.

BTW the smell is killing me - I need to go home and MAKE COFFEE.

I bought an SMSL SA-50 back in February. I use it to drive my Q Acoustic 2010s and it does a great job, at a very reasonable price.
