I was planning this from very long time but never have time to do it,work bench :) This is the project made with google sketchup

Not many photos of the work , I was in the rush :) Job almost complete

And work place ready for modding :) I also made a shelf and installed better lighting

My missis was very happy, that I'm not going to use the dinner table any more :hehe: Ok,enough talking lets start modding :dremel:

    Case stripped

I can easily fit inside two triple radiators, it makes me very happy :D

First I will replace the standard case feet with those with wheels

More cutting, drilling and more weight reduced

I'm planning to cover the inside with white acrylic and make a lower chamber. First everything from
    cardboard

And what the inside will look very roughly :)

The HDD cage will be just in front the PSU

Wow that was very long writing :) That's all for now lads.I will come back soon with more photos,so stay tuned for more :)

    Hi everyone,

Another update with photos :) Until I was waiting the paint to arrive, I decided to make a new front grill for the case.

Starting with piece of acrylic :dremel:

Cutting the existing front panel,so the new grill can fit

Final adjustments on the front panel

And the grill fits perfectly on place :thumb:

Still gonna be like door :)

Existing doors needs to be cut

It's time to do the grill :)

    And the final product :)

There will be a mesh between the grill and the existing doors and I'm planning to add something in the middle,so stay tuned for more :thumb:

    Hi guys,
I'm showing some photos of the progress from last two days. I've made silver coil with my previous project blue, this time I decide to go further and to do something more than simple coil.So here we go :)

I will do EK anticyclone plate from fine silver

    Usual tools for my projects

Not really easy to cut,the silver plate is 4 mm thick

    But I've done it :D

    Final touches with the files

And the plate is ready :)

That is all for today.Stay tuned for more :)

nice, that is one very cool anti-cyclone plate...

:worried: but I thought ek's offical standpoint was that silver is a no-no and voids their warranty :nono:

regardless, it looks awesome, and would love one for my res!

don't worry, I know that... just thought it was a bit ironic, that EK dosn't want people to use silver, and then you go and carve an ek logo into a big slab of silver and put it in the middle of the res...
