Everything about this build is just exquisite! I love the metal inlay on the front panel - it might not be as sexy as the waterblocks, from an engineering standpoint, but it looks superb.

We into red dress territory again - wait, logs or legs?

Thanks man, didn't know that. Well, I think someone told me a while back in the log, but forgot that.... :D

Mystery? The POM top is done... :p

    Update time!

    Finished the backplate! :D

Water-block is assembled. In the pic I didn't mount the POM part, but it's on there now. All I have to do is polish it.

Lathed a plug for the copper pipes, when clamping them in the lathe and polish them, they won't deform by the clamping force.

Pipes are bent! All that's left to do is polish and clear-coat them.

Nice to see that you're letting the metal speak for itself rather than feeling the need to chrome the copper. I would try and keep all the bends the same radius though (referring to the longest copper tube from the GPU to the bottom of the case).

:duh: I see now. I was seeing the ports you cuts in the acetal and expecting some kind of bridge between them. I never would have suspected you to use the gpu as a pass-through to the cpu. You confused my feeble mind.

Awesome. That little hidey-hole for the new electrical plug too -Fun little details.

I think that's a trick of the camera angle. It looks like it actually bends towards the camera by about 30degrees as it clears the fans, before bending down to the base at the same radius as the higher bends.

IanW is right. It's the camera angle, I didn't think about that when taking the pic... :p

    Here's how it looks like.

:eeek:That's one heck of a complex bend.
Are you rocking the black fingernails yet. I love polished copper too, but you can blink and it's dark again. My last project I polished and immediately painted the parts one at a time to avoid it.

@uerseya - Why despair?:D It's like being mad someone else built the Statue of Liberty.

    My brain hurts.
Do I get it right that one pair of plugs on the GPU Cooler is just a pass through ?
Long Pipe from Flowmeter is mor or less a direct connection on the GPU Cooler to the CPU Block -> after the cpu the fluid goes through the GPU and exits from the Pom side to the radiator ?
This is just sick. How did you came up with that design..
