Getting a bit echo-ey in here... or maybe I'm just uploading a lot of stuff lately?

This is what £150 million buys you. Shame I didn't think to take my camera to work yesterday- she had her underwater lights on, stunning effect.

Yeah, really happy with that one- I walked all along the sea front but there are so many small boats, boat-cranes and pontoons it's almost impossible to get a clear shot without the silhouette of something in the foreground or across the image ruining the shot.

Thanks. That's exactly what I was aiming for with that picture. Something artistic yet ugly, disgusting. Something that has immediate impact and commands a reaction without the viewer's consent.

It was a nice change from taking pretty pictures and has gone down quite well so I'll definitely be expanding the theme. :)

Thanks again for the comment, much appreciated.

Speaking of pretty pictures, here's one I took this week.

Last couple of shots, this time with a full lighting display- the underwater lights look better when viewed from a higher angle, and the bow lighting is blindly bright I am informed by my old flat mate who works on the passenger ferry, lol. I think she sailed out today as I can't see her lights on the river anymore from my kitchen window, nice to have such a beautiful yacht moored up this time of year- last few years we have had very few large yachts or cruise ships since the harbour authority decided to increase the harbour fees to insane levels. As a result, all the ships moor up outside the mouth of the river and use their tenders to ferry passengers into town... :duh:

Nice shot dude, you've got the white out down to a very fine art :).

One of my regulars got a new some new assets so we had to go out as soon as they where healed.
