It does wonders for your credibility with a very specific segment of the US populace.

Luckily this very specific segment is not African Americans, Asian Americans, Hispanic Americans, LGBT Americans, Jewish Americans, Italian Americans, Middle Class Americans....

Bullpup is the configuration, in the case of the Aug Steyer (and the SA80 as well as that French assault rifle who's name escapes me) the magazine & firing mechanism at the back to allow a longer barrel in a short overall length.

I kinda want Trump to win, just to see what happens. I think it's a "some men just wanna watch the world burn" kind of thing. He's like a caricature villain. He wouldn't be out of place in a Batman comic, yet people actually support him.

He's the answer to that cliche question: Would you kill Hitler if you could go back in time before he committed his crimes?
The answer is No. You would vote for him, just like the people about to vote for Trump. As a matter of fact, just like the people voting for Farage too.

Imagine a world where Trump and Farage are the leaders of countries. All we need then is for Merkel to ham it up a little bit. France will need a new PM, preferably someone with a goatee, because Manuel Valls simply won't pass for a Pink Panther villain. At that point Putin will seem like a veritable nice guy.

 

Just to be really pedantic, the German public never voted Hitler into power. He became Chancellor by an act of political chicanery when the various parties failed to form a coalition government.

Then he sabotaged the elections the following year with the Reichstag fire and banning a bunch of parties from standing, but still didn't get a majority vote.

So two days after the Reichstage fire he was 'voted' into his position as dictator in a vote which was almost exclusively attended by his own party members thanks to the SA providing both the security and a large crowd of 'activists' to make sure everything went smoothly.

Now, back to Donald Fart who at least does need to actually win several rounds of voting to get into power.
