I passed my Krav Maga P1 grading. In terms of fighting technique not difficult, but rather hard on the body.

One of passions loves, preferences, go to pleasure, both serious and fun ways to pass time, me time, is the spoken word, I really like listening to knowledgeable people talk, manly in conversation, so talk radio, fun but conversations about knowledge is my slant I have always liked listening ever since a child.

I found a really great app called voice dream, it is allowing me to effortlessly get to and read digital pdf so example my CCNA pdf but it does more such as smart save textual pages from web and then be able to read out nicely.

I guess my main way to learn is listening and this app makes it a little easier to absorb infos, is on my iPhone 6 tidy and just put to this older generation iPad and is looking and sounding great, it has all the big player to the market sound voices that are typical to text to speed, seems I already purchased Jenerfer US Voice some time so I'm golden.

If you like audio books or want to tidy be able to read out digital pdf or and text look up this app! Has all cool options, adjustable sped words per min etc.

    Nice one!

Bought some quite decent IPA from home bargains for 69p per 330ml bottle little sceptical but gave it a buzz and i was pleasantly surprised.

I checked reviews and it seemed i was confirmed good and even morrisons at one point seemed to advertise a bottle at £2

Some people react quite badly to modern hair products. Interestingly enough, it's one of those times where I agree that the all natural thing can be beneficial, as shampoo tends to stop the sebum - the natural oil your hair produces. I have a friend who I went to highschool with, a real hippy type. He never 'washed' his hair using shampoo or conditioner. He used baking soda, Olive oil and 'apple cider vinegar'. He had long hair and it was always lusciously healthy and shiny.

After three weeks of waiting my north face base camp bag size small arrived.

Honestly, its probably the best £65 i've spent in a long time, its built and feels ultra sturdy, for a small duffel it has so much room.

I've been working from a belkin messenger bag with a single washbag and various chargers inside, i'd roll up my clothes into sausage shapes and extend the strap to accommodate a few days worth of clothes. it kind of sucked going to my girlfriends and ruffling through my bag, i'd lose a lot of stuff in the process and have to wait a week to get them back (headphones were the worst offender)

Now its kitted out with every single piece of mens grooming equipment from beard, hair, teeth, fragrances and showering to clothes with spares, chargers plugs and everything! I even have room to spare. it may not seem like a big deal but for a guy nomading between location its like I've moved into a new house

    Its just seriously comfortable

There's a lot to be said for a good bag. I'm a Maxpedition guy myself, not cheap by any means but, like yours, proper well built and pockets for everything
