    Won't be the first game to end duel core support. Most of the newer engines are designed for more than 2 cores.

    No idea. Apparently there is a Vulkan patch coming out for it so who knows? We really won't know until people start to complain :D

    Are we actually talking about "requirements" or just typical minimum specs here?
    Unless things have changed minimum specs are just as much a recommendation as the recommended specs are. It surely (??) won't block you from running the game at all unless there is a something fundamental that requires 4 cores, even if it doesn't (or they think it won't) run particularly well.
