    Thanks Ali

On Wednesday, I've decided that the fan of the above yet sometimes he adds gets a regulator.

Therefore, I also looked what is so in my boxes still around.

Since then I have found this knob.
But with this I had first desolder a potentiometer, the board editing and solder it angled back.
This has the reason because otherwise the board would touch the Mainboardtray.

On looking to the side of the case I have the board yet secured with tape that there can be no short circuit.

The Poti was built under the switch for the fan.

As knob I still really old buttons found.
But this I had to rebuild the I could put on it.

This here is the original potentiometer knobs of the fan control. I have a somewhat sharpened that he is easier to assemble. And in the background the new buttons

So, at first a 10mm hole very carefully drill pure.

and then the button that has been sharpened by tapping gently clean. (Here he was not quite in it)

And already I could put him on it.

Yesterday we went on with the reconstruction of the ads.
They had built a 60 volt lamp. I have now converted to 4 LEDs.
For soldering I built with a soldering aid.

The LED "lamp" I can pinch the slightly modified original bracket again.

Unfortunately, the ads work in microamps range, so I had since installing another 2 megohms potentiometers.
Unfortunately, the Potis no screws are included, so I had to because the hardware store something else Obtain and misuse.
This is normal, a lamp holder.

Unfortunately, the thread of the slope ago did not quite fit, but by force I could then turn the nuts on the pots.

In the pots then fit directly again the same buttons as in the fan control.

Next, we went with the warning lights for the pumps.
    Here are fitted 230v bulbs.

These are replaced by 12v LED lamps.

Unfortunately, the lamps fit with the Fabring not in the socket and had to be Modified.

In real it is not so bright, looks more like glow.

Today I was again shopping which does not start with the material over the weekend. [IMG]

In power button as a lamp is installed which also had 230v. This was also converted to 12v LED.

Today I have created during the lunch break the circuit diagram for a pump with all displays.
The first drawing is shown schematically, the way it is arranged in the second housing.

Today it continued with the installation of the cable.
For that I had at the pumps a junction box mounted to the two pumps to wire.

This Doso I have from the collection of my grandfather

After washing, it is again presentable [IMG]

    Here then mounted.

In order to work down there more easily I have asked the housing and prayed that keeps it at a slight angle.

To embellish the cables from the pump to the junction box I have a cable stripped and pushed the insulation on the pump cable.

As the cables are flexible from the pumps I've packed a Staring wire with it.

    Here assembled.

The cable I have connected terminals with detachable. The advantage of these terminals is the flexible and rigid wires can be used.
The blue cable is still suitable for illumination of Reservoirs.

Finish ... down at least as [IMG]

Above, I have the cable durh one of the vents out.

Inside I have not come further today, since it goes tomorrow off.

Here again the current overview. Let's see if I can think of more ... hopefully not [IMG]

    Thank you. [IMG]

Today I did the wiring of the pump. For that I had to first distributor blocks make even me.
This seemed normal are installed in plastic housings in the fuse box for the neutral and ground.

Thus there is no short circuit I made the holder of a plastic bracket and screwed with plastic screws.

Here you can still see that I have stopped at the right angle to a rail. A part of one pump.
Below I have made a second angle, this is the main connection.

The cable here is the later from the main terminal block goes to the power supply.
That I looks older to me worried Extra fabric tape.

Here the cable is already attached to the main block. In addition, the first cable are already connected.

There are quite a few more. This is now only times only the wiring of the first pump and the entire lighting.

    Everything is then ready connected.

This has now lasted 6 hours and I could push through the door just head inside. Now everything hurts me accordingly.
So a huge case, and yet so little space [IMG]

Now we need the wiring for the fan and power button. Furthermore, I still want an interior lighting make the terms when you open the door.

    Double post

Today I have made the fan control ready.
Here the rebuilding of the 3-pin fan connector

    Everything is then already Wired.
Now you just need the power and reset button.

Then I have taken pictures of the lighting.

That was my work attitude which I had to endure yesterday 6 hours [IMG]

How many amps actually provides a power supply to a Molex connector?
Currently I have the entire electronics just 3.5A
Cable cross-sections are all at 1.5 mm²

    So, that's again.

The wiring looks fantastic. The straight lines with 90° match the overall style of the case.

Are you asking what is the maximum current you can pass through a standard Molex connector? The standard 4 pin power connector is rated for 11A per pin (11A @ 5V DC and 11A @ 12 V DC). Depending on you wire insulation and local electrical codes your 1.5mm² wire should safely handle up to 20A.
If you are asking how much current your power supply can provide, then you will need to look at you power supply. Provided it not moded, there should be a nameplate sticker that will list the maximum supply.

Unfortunately not, because I was not able to expand the elevator because the reservoirs

So, since I do not currently have much time for updates is now again something bigger with 41 images.

So I wanted the platform go up on Monday it was unable to continue at once. until I noticed Hab sought only ne now is that it concerns here.
So there had to be a bit away.

This was followed by the lighting. Here is an LED strip which turns on when you open the door.

This strip is for the expansion tank lighting. A second is on the other side of the surge tank.

For the interior lights came a button on the door cutout.

Here then already the first test.

Next, I have the subjects reworked despite the expansion tank back inside Beware.

Here are a few pictures with fans and lighting.

It continued with the cover to the I pressed me long enough now.
First I drilled the holes for the upper terminals ...

... Then the plate was cut.

Next, I had to think about what I want to do up there still on it.
That was the first consideration, but then told me not so to.

The second idea was just to make a fan on top.

    This idea was then implemented.
    So first cut the hole.

    Then painting.

The fan was adjusted with 3 colors.
fog gray primer, then black and brown

This has given me then already liked.
If the rest is still to look old fits very well.

The Radiatioren were inside still sealed with expansion tape and tape.

Of course, the fan also needed one cable. Since I have also reused only the shell of the old cable.

Inside was still a second fan installed the blows also upwards. The draws the warm air from the computer.

For that I then need to edit the fan control again that the second controller has power. but Dieen fan can not be outside the rules. But one has to turn to the silver button here.

Yesterday it was finally time and the server was able to move.

    That's all is incorporated.

The individual components I have all secured with Velcro, so you can change it very quickly.
The HDD brackets consist of 2 aluminum brackets. Siese are also moored with Velcro. Thus, they are also the same sound-isolated.

    IT LIVES
Yesterday the servers ran on Today with air cooling.

Today I then rebuilt water. To avoid having to empty the entire system I have the tubes simply clamped with clamps.

The tubes have the optimum length, touching neither the housing nor the hardware.

It continued with the adapter. For that I have just used a power outlet and connect a cable for 230v.
This is still a wooden angle to it to clamp to a table.

At later times this location can is then mounted directly on the wall.

So, that's it then again. Tomorrow will be as much as possible be done by the rest.
Here is the list had I last Sunday.

The list is completed to the last point.

Here I have for you is a video of the door switch.

It continued with the buttons for Power ud reset. Since I have the original cable soldered by a housing it.

    Here's a video.

It continued with the interior lighting for the server. A simple Flexlight I did not just stick up off, so had to come a selfmade solution.

So the rubber well their purpose.
And not everyone has a starry sky in his case. [IMG]

Next, we went with the indicator light for Main Switch. This is a Glimlamp which is powered by 230v.

The Flexlights for Reservoirs lighting was already installed. Now even followed the cabling.

Last night and today I still concerns me with the windows morning. These are made of 0.75mm thick plastic.

First I had to drill lots of holes ...

    ...threading.

I bolted into the housing screws, then I needed this does not hold to turn inside the nuts on it

It continued thus to trim all on Alt. For this I first damaged with a screw-circuits the edges of the upper plate by hitting it.
Then everything was polished and processed with Grey color and cloth.
Then again sanded with a sanding sponge and flow.

The brass fittings have me looked like too new.

Therefore, I have this worked well with sandpaper

The ATX cable was still a oldschool Sleeve from fabric tape

Now it went to work before I even was afraid all the time.
    The caption.

Because I was afraid what might go wrong and I do everything to naught.

So first plotted everything and transmitted to the case.

Then painted with black color ...

    ... and the films peeled.

Then I was back and wipe loops with gray paint over it again. So it looks older and faded.

Start and restart I have to rework tomorrow.

So, then came the last little things.

The screws for the bottom flange.

The socket for the DCMM booth.

Then here the first part I had tuned built. I almost forgot to wire [IMG]

So, that was it with the construction.

Morning is still the transportation bracket built, and then go to DCMM.

Final Pics will only come when I have the right location found.

Hello folks, now it took a while still until I found a location which the DAS all honor.

After days of Internet research, I then the Industrial Museum Lauf at Germany found. This space is an old stamping plant which was in operation until 1992.

    Have fun watching the pictures.
